Annual Members Meeting & Potluck! Save the Date!!

Every year LEHA hosts its annual members meeting in May. This meeting is open to all neighbors in North Forest Hills and it is a great time to meet the HOA board members and learn about neighborhood business. During the annual meeting we provide an update on the latest board activities, elect new board members, and set our priorities for the year ahead. If you have an agenda item that you would like us to consider, please contact LEHA at lehaboard@gmail.com.

This is just a quick reminder that it’s time to pay dues for membership in the Lake Ellen Homeowners’ Association (LEHA) which serves our North Forest Hills neighborhood.
To obtain or renew your Lake Ellen Homeowners’ Association (LEHA) annual household membership, you can pay online with PayPal to LEHABoard@gmail.com (or click the button below), with Venmo at @Ellen-Lake-5, or you can download this form and mail it along with a check.
For regular members, dues are $80.00/year while for lakefront homeowners (not renters), we ask for$200.00/year due in February. Additional donations are always welcome!
